From the Go menu, scroll down to Connect to Server.

In first Connect to Server window-
á
In the left hand column, click on building
á
In right column, click on server (building name)
á
click Connect
á
In second Connect to Server window-
á
Enter
á
Name:
á
Password:
á
Click Connect
á
In third Connect to Server window-
á
Highlight the item you want to log into
á
To login into more than one location, hold down the Apple key and
click on those locations
á
Click OK
á
In a moment you should notice the icons you selected appearing on
the right hand side of the Desktop.
á
When finished working, always drag the server(s)
icon to the trash.
